Sparkle Blue French

It was a pretty busy week for me (last week of classes) , so i didn't do much of the nails but anyway here is what i had on pretty much the whole week .
And today i spoiled myself with some more polishes - just discovered that they sell essie polishes on my local mall , so i have finally got the punchy pink from the neon collection - the color that kept me sleepless since i have seen it :)
SWo some seriously pink nails are cumming up soon.

Marocco

This holografic design reminds me sunny and fairy Marocco or something of middle east :) The base is holographic china glaze (tonight)
I have tryed holografics before, but almost always was dissapointed. In fact this time too. It look really sparkly and deep on the pictures, or under the lamp, but when i just look at it, i only see grey-blue something on my nails unless under the special angle. So i still woder does it really look like it looks on the pictures when other people look at it. Anyway for those pictures it worth that i gave holos another shoot.

My birthday nails :)

I dotn know why, but i think that this design looks like a 50's housewife :) I wish i was lol.
And gosh - those "whole nail images" are hard to apply, i had to repolish my nails couple times until i get it to look at least like this - this whit thing just doesn't want to come up right. If you know a trick or something, please let me know , i am very interested. Usually i am good and comfortable at stamping, but those huge things... may be it just not meant for my nails... to bad becaus ei ahve got couple of them .
Anyway - this is my birthday manicure, because today is my birthday, so i am going out right now :) I am officially 26 :)

Invisible ...

I have have made some Easter nails for the Jamie's contest, with the little bunnies, that supposed to be on the blue polish, however my so call "blue" polish came up to be grey, so i think i did well, but it would be better to have more and better quality polishes .I am very jealous to girls that have all those tons and tons of polishes. i mean jealous in a good way, but i just realized that my stuff is mostly just a crap, and i need to renew it completely.
So to have it on a "paper" i need to get:
1.Marbling tools
2. Fimo fruits
3. Original konad plates
4. Nail art brushes
5. Nail art acrilic paint
5. Polishes.... tons of polishes ... many many tons of polishes :)

And here are some invisible design with the plate that does not fit for my nails. You almost cant see anything unless look from the special angle... Should i call this one something like - "secret garden gigantic flowers" ?

Gradation nails ( by hands)

As i bet any of you i have quite a collection of polishes , with the bad level opacity. Those are type of polishes that takes more then 2 layers to get any solid color, but even fter hours of drying all those tons of layers you still can see what is going on under the polish .
Now here is a bright idea how to tern whose whose useless polishes into the powerful nail-art tool. Those polishes are just perfect to do the graduation on your nails, so i hope you didn't throw all of them away.
I played a little with this idea and here are some result.

You can easily create the graduation by following those steps:
1. Find the right polish, it must be very transparent, polishes without glitter or chips works the best.
2. Put the really thick layer of the transparent polish on the entire nail, and let it dry just a litle
3.Put the next layer on the 1/2 of nail, starting from the middle and going up, let it dry just a little again.
3. Put the 3 layer of polish on the 1/3 nail.
4. The best result you get if you use a glitter top coat, however you can use a regular one too.
As a top coat i used the one i have got from Brook "Colorama top coat" by maybelline

Flowers for Natasha

It was not easy to make this girl trust me that even dark colors may look very beautiful on the nails, especially with nice design. I met a lot of girls who prefere only light and neutral colors, especialy most of them like perl polishes. But as i know from my own expirience, perl colors are not the best for drowing something on it, so for the basic color i mostly try to use matt colors
